The customers aren't being sufficiently serviced? I don't understand, the big thing that's got people het up is what they MAY do, not what's definitely going to happen. It was an internal newsletter for discussion, not implementation.

And what seems to be being forgotten is the leaked newsletter was a discussion piece, not a definitive list of the next feature set. Some things might well come to pass. But I bet some won't.
